Ballard is a very special neighborhood to Megan and Ian. Their first date was at the Irish pub Conor Byrne; they often have date night there on open mic night. They share a home their with their two very special pups. But most importantly, Ian proposed in the middle of a crowd at the live-music hotspot The Tractor Tavern! It was only natural that they get hitched in Ballard, too.

They were married during a charming and hilarious ceremony by (get this!) one of Megan’s patients — she just delivered his first babe only two weeks before the ceremony (you see, Megan and Ian are both doctors!). The warm afternoon gave way to a crisp evening set in an elegant pub atmosphere, designed and catered by some of Seattle’'s most creative and talented vendors. Dancing by both young and old went well into the night as one of Seattle’s favorite Irish pub bands rocked the beach for a truly incredible celebration true to their personalities and a celebration like no other.
